At MFB Sphere Legal Services, we are dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and efficient legal support services. Although we are not a regulated law firm and do not fall under the oversight of the Legal Ombudsman or a regulatory body like the SRA, we strive to maintain high standards of service and fairness.
How to Make a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Provide:

A clear summary of your complaint
The date of the service or incident
Any supporting documents

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
A full written response will typically be provided within 10 working days. If we require more time, we will inform you.
Refunds
Our services are personalised and time-sensitive, so we begin work promptly once instructed. This often includes urgent immigration applications support, correspondence, or court preparation that requires a quick turnaround.
By signing our Client Care Agreement and instructing us, you confirm that:
- You wish us to begin work immediately, and
- You understand that this limits your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of signing and instructing us, and before any substantial work has been completed, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion. This refund will be minus any costs we have already incurred, such as research, drafting, and communications. However, if you cancel after 24 hours or after significant work has begun, no refund will be issued.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if our services are not delivered with reasonable care and skill.
Refunds are granted at our discretion
Important Notice
MFB Sphere Legal Services is an independent legal support provider and not a regulated law firm. We do not offer any reserved legal activities and are not covered by the Legal Ombudsman scheme.
